PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

MACHINES COVERED BY THIS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: All Cincinnati Centerless Grinders at your plant.

Under This Agreement The Following Services Will Be Performed:

INSPECTION: A careful inspection of all parts will be made for excessive wear or damage.

PARTS: All worn or damaged parts, per your approval, will be replaced or rebuilt as necessary and as rapidly as possible.

ADJUSTMENTS: All spindles, slides, dressers, pressure valves and belts will be inspected and adjustments will be made as required to allow your equipment to perform within acceptable accuracy tolerances.

REPORT: When normal on site parts replacement and adjustments will no longer allow your equipment to perform satisfactorily, you will be furnished with a written report of the equipment’s condition and our recommendations of repairs and price range.

INSPECTION SCHEDULE: We will send at least two (2) technicians to your plant every twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months to make all repairs and adjustments required, subject to your approval. We will continue to return to your plant on a daily basis until all grinders have been inspected and all adjustments necessary have been completed.

LABOR: Technicians will perform inspections, adjustments, and installations of new and rebuilt parts. Certain procedures will be charged on a Flat Rate basis (e.g. Slideway, Scraping, Rebuilding). A written estimate for Flat Rate repairs will be submitted for approval prior to those repairs being made. Rates are available upon request.

An inspection check list will be provided per machine at the time of inspection.
